Essential Job Functions You will participate in the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of all HVAC, water, building automation, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Additionally, you will assist in the oversight and repairs of the building's generators, security features, UPS, fire/life safety systems, card access systems, kitchen equipment and other associated building equipment. Position Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent work experience; Minimum of three (3) years Class A building maintenance experience; Knowledge of building operating systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency power and water supply); Demonstrated experience in a modern specialized building environment such as Branch Automation Systems desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Command of computers and the associated software. Customer service and project management experience.
